What is your service area? +
We serve Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana (Gary area). If you're not sure if we cover your location, reach out and we'll let you know.
How far in advance do I need to book? +
At least 48 hours in advance is preferred. For weekend events, booking earlier in the week guarantees availability.
Can I supply my own content? +
Yes. Send us your photos, videos, or slideshow files and we'll load them onto the screen before the event. We support most common formats (MP4, JPG, PNG, PDF slideshows).
Is the screen indoor or outdoor? +
Our units work both indoors and outdoors. Just let us know in the notes so we can bring the right setup for your environment.
What if my event runs longer than expected? +
Contact us as early as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate. Extended time may be subject to an additional fee.
When do I pay? +
No payment is taken through the website. Once we confirm your booking, we'll send a payment link or collect at delivery — whichever works best for you.
